Established in October of 2001, TalentINK’s main office is in Los Angeles with an ancillary office working in New York City and Chicago. TalentINK. LA-CHICAGO-NY is our sole and only name, any other company/s with similar names have no affiliation with TalentINK. LA-CHICAGO-NY.

We represent SAG/AFTRA/AEA/AGVA talent in feature films, television, commercials, Equity stage, industrial/infomercials and specialty act performance.

Our CEO, Terrie Snell, served as an executive member on the board of directors for AFTRA, SAG, and TMA. Terrie was awarded Talent Manager of the Year at the 2010 Talent Managers Association Heller Awards.

About Us

Terrie started Talentink.LA in 2001 after a career as an actress on stage, film and television. The New York and Chicago offices were founded in 2003 and 2005. Terrie played Aunt Leslie in Home Alone and Home Alone 2, Lost in New York. A Chicago native, Terrie re-located to LA in the early 90’s. She holds a B.A. in Education and Stage Directing/Acting. Before moving to LA Terrie had a brief connection with Steppenwolf Theatre Company and owned/operated a performing arts studio on the North Shore. Terrie served on the National board of AFTRA for six years and was an interim board member of SAG. She served on the negotiating committees for both commercial and theatrical contracts. Terrie also served on the board of the Talent Managers Association for eight years and was named Manager of the Year in 2011.

Terrie Snell – CEO / MANAGER | Los Angeles & Chicago Office

Prior to Talentink, Massei repped actors starting in 1994 under Massei Management and did so until 2012 when Arthur met Terrie Snell and shortly thereafter joined TalentInk LA Chicago NY. Arthur formerly of Hamilton Square NJ and Scottsdale AZ moved to NYC in 1994. Arthur graduated from Montclair State University with a B.S. in Marketing with a minor in Management. While at MSU Arthur joined Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity and was instrumental in the induction of US Senator Frank Lautenberg founder of ADP and US Senator Bill Bradley former NY Knicks player.

Arthur Massei – Managing Director | New York Office

Ayrton joined TalentInk in May of 2025. Ayrton began working in entertainment in 2022 in Las Vegas for Caesars Entertainments Live Performers division. Ayrton, formerly of Toronto, Ontario, moved to New York in 2023. In 2022 he graduated from the Schulich School of Business with an International Bachelor of Business Administration degree and attended an international student program at University Bocconi in Milan, Italy.

Ayrton Dimitri – Manager | New York Office

Bryce Russell joined the team at Talent Ink Management in August of 2025 and brings over 14 years of experience in New York City’s entertainment industry. Bryce Russell grew up performing in New Orleans, LA where he later directed numerous productions before moving to New York City where he received a degree in Musical Theatre. He is also the Director of Enrollment at The New York Performing Arts Academy and has collaborated with leading organizations such as Disney, Love is Louder, and Global Citizen, working alongside renowned talents. As a performer, Bryce has appeared in numerous productions, including The Music Man, Les Misérables, and The Sound of Music, bridging both the creative and business sides of the arts.
