What We Do

Established in October of 2001, TalentINK’s main office is in Los Angeles with an ancillary office working in New York City and Chicago. TalentINK. LA-CHICAGO-NY is our sole and only name, any other company/s with similar names have no affiliation with TalentINK. LA-CHICAGO-NY

We represent SAG/AFTRA/AEA/AGVA talent in feature films, television, commercials, Equity stage, industrial/infomercials and specialty act performance.

TalentINK is a proud member of the Talent Managers Association on which our CEO, Terrie W. Snell, served as an executive member on the board of directors. Terrie Snell was awarded Talent Manager of the Year at the 2010 Heller Awards.

About Us

Terrie Snell - CEO / Adult & Minor Division | Los Angeles

Terrie started the company in 2001 after a career as an actress on  stage, in film and on television. Terrie played Aunt Leslie in Home Alone and Home Alone 2, Lost in New York. A Chicago native, Terrie re-located to LA in the early 90's. She holds a B.A. in Education and Stage Directing/Acting. Before moving to LA Terrie had a brief connection with Steppenwolf Theatre Company and  owned/operated a performing arts studio on the North Shore. Terrie served on the National board of AFTRA for six years and was a substitute board member of SAG. She was a part of the negotiating committees for both commercial and theatrical contracts. She also served on the board of the Talent Managers Association for eight years and was named Manager of the Year in 2011.

Arthur Massei - Managing Director | New York Office

Arthur Massei uses his years of experience to aid clients in developing and achieving short and long term goals. By providing a personal, encouraging approach, Massei ensures that his artists are always prepared for meetings, auditions, and performances. 

Jacob Schott - Manager | New York Office

  Jacob Schott is a Manager at TalentINK with a background in Theatrical producing and management.  Along from managing talent, Jacob has performance experience giving him an understanding form the talent's perspective.

Gina Nicholson - Assistant Manager

Gina is a New Jersey native and an award winning short film director/writer. In her first film she chose to cast a handicapped actress as the lead  as Gina has a passion for telling stories dealing with the plight of mankind and women having a strong voice in the industry!  She has an acute ability to spot raw talent and vision to see where that talent may lead. We are delighted to have her as part of the TalentINK. LA-Chicago-NY team.

John Mills - Talent Manager | Chicago Office

John Mills, a graduate of Northwestern University, has been part of the live performance producer/director community in Illinois, Wisconsin and Massachusetts for several decades. John has also written and produced shows for major corporations. We are delighted to have his “casting eye” scouting for TalentINK. LA-Chicago-NY
