CEO / ADULT & MINOR DIVISION – LOS ANGELES
TalentINK’s owner/CEO Terrie Snell is a former six-term board member of the Talent Managers Association, and recipient of The Heller Award – Talent Manager of the Year in 2010-2011 by the TMA. She also served six years as a national board member of SAG-AFTRA.
You may also recognized Terrie from her former acting days as the beloved Aunt Leslie from Home Alone and Home Alone 2, Lost in New York – the role that launched her career in Film/Television.
A product of the Midwest, Terrie Snell is a Chicago native raised on the North Shore. Snell attended Colorado Woman’s College in Denver, CO; Barat College in Lake Forest, IL; Chicago University and Northeaster University, both in Chicago. She holds degrees in Acting/Directing, Film, Education and English.
Prior to her move to Los Angeles, Terrie and her former husband owned a production company in Chicago where she learned the ins-and-outs of producing. She also founded Greasepaint and Spotlights school for performing arts (noted alumni – Zach Orth) and was invited to join the still-not-quite famous Steppenwolf Theatre Company just as they were moving from Highland Park to Chicago; an offer she turned down to raise her two children James and Matthew.
Riding the breakout momentum of Home Alone and Home Alone 2, Lost in New York – Terrie relocated from the frigid winds of Chicago to the sunny shores of the West coast. After several years working as an actress in Los Angeles, her then manager Lin Bickelmann (Encore Talent Management) asked Terrie to open a youth division. Terrie’s first find was Jerry Ferrara whom she brought out from New York and groomed for a career as an actor, leading to his breakthrough role as Turtle on HBO’s Entourage.
In 2001, Terrie decided to open her own management company – TalentINK. LA-NY and 12 years later, TalentINK opened a third office, rebranding into TalentINK. LA-Chicago-NY. Terrie now oversees all three offices and manages adults and minor for the LA Office.
